Associate – Litigation (5+ Years Experience)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience in New York State. The ideal candidate will have significant courtroom experience, strong legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and negotiations
- Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Maintain strong client communication and manage a dynamic caseload
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of New York litigation experience
- Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills
- Ability to manage matters independently and meet deadlines
Attorney – Matrimonial / Family Law (5+ Years Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to join our matrimonial and family law practice. The successful candidate will handle a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contested and uncontested matrimonial matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and related documents
- Appear regularly in court
- Provide strategic guidance and maintain direct client communication
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active New York State license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of family law experience
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and writing skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- High level of professionalism and client sensitivity
