Kelly A. Pressler is the Managing Partner of J&G Law, LLP and an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive experience in general civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. As the head of the firm’s litigation department, Kelly represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in a wide range of matters including contract disputes, municipal litigation, business litigation, and trust and estate litigation.
With a reputation for integrity, diligence, and strategic thinking, Kelly is known for delivering effective results in both trial and settlements. Her clients rely on her for proactive legal counsel and strong courtroom advocacy.
Kelly earned her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Siena College and her Juris Doctor Degree, magna cum laude, from Albany Law School. During law school, she served on the Albany Law Review and earned several distinctions including the Outstanding Clinical Student Award and the Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Award.
Kelly has held leadership roles with the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties, serving as Past President and Treasurer. She is also a former officer of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Kelly previously sat on the Board of Directors for Leadership Orange and remains actively involved with the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. Kelly was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development. Kelly has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
