J&G Law, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of three to five years of practice experience to join our growing firm. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the areas of contested and uncontested divorces, custody and support cases.
Candidate must have ability to build rapport with clients maintaining excellent client relations and work in a collaborative atmosphere. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to drafting motions, conducting depositions, appearance at court conferences and trials, along with ability to manage a file from start to finish. Candidate must have excellent writing and courtroom skills along with outstanding negotiation skills.

J&G Law, LLP is seeking a full-time legal assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years legal experience in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration work. Experience working with Medicaid Applications is a plus. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Word Perfect, Word, PDF document management, Outlook Perfect Law and/or other legal software is necessary.
This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
