WALDEN, NY – J&G Law, LLP is pleased to announce that Isabelle A. Hayes, a valued member of our team, has been officially admitted to the New York State Bar. This milestone enhances her already impactful role with the firm. Isabelle Hayes concentrates in land use, municipal and environmental law and joined well-known and esteemed land use and municipal Partners John C. Cappello, and J. Benjamin Gailey Isabelle works closely with clients to help navigate the often-complex regulatory landscape affecting property development, zoning, and sustainability initiatives. Her bar admission marks the next step in a promising legal career, allowing Isabelle to take on expanded responsibilities and representing clients directly in New York courts.

Isabelle A. Hayes is an associate concentrating in land use, municipal and environmental law. Isabelle received her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New Paltz in New Paltz, New York. She received her Juris Doctor in 2024 from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York. Isabelle was admitted to the New York State Bar in July 2025. Isabelle interned at J&G Law, the Food & Farm Business Law Clinic at Pace University, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Office of Assemblymember Linda. B. Rosenthal in the New York State Assembly. She has been an active member of our team since September 2024.
