The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
Kelly is the firm’s managing partner and as the head of the firm’s litigation department, Kelly represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in a wide range of matters including contract disputes, municipal litigation, business litigation, and trust and estate litigation. Kelly is known for delivering effective results in both trial and settlements. Her clients rely on her for proactive legal counsel and strong courtroom advocacy.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Siena College and her Juris Doctor Degree, magna cum laude, from Albany Law School.
Kelly has held leadership roles with the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties, serving as Past President and Treasurer. She is also a former officer of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Kelly previously sat on the Board of Directors for Leadership Orange. Kelly is a graduate of Leadership Orange, and has been recognized with many accolades including as a Hudson Valley Magazine Top Lawyer, Hudson Valley Forty Under 40 Mover and Shaker by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Woman Leader in Law by Martindale-Hubbell, Orange County Rising Star, Super Lawyer Rising Star Upstate New York and the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties Outstanding New Lawyer Award.
